Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition. While we offer free returns for incorrect or defective items, customers are responsible for shipping costs on all other returns.Custom orders are not returnable
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-3 days upon receiving your package.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
Most items will ship in 2-4 business days. Benches and stools ship in app. 1-2 weeks at this time.
